La Crêperie de Madras

Today, I indulged upon making crêpes for dinner. We had got this marvelous maple syrup from Whole Foods last month which had been sitting in the refrigerator ever since. My husband loves crêpes over pancakes any day which prompted me to try my hand at it. I followed this blog to get the recipe for making crêpes. Voila, the crêpes came out fluffy and yummy. The best part was that my toddler son, who had already had his dinner and who had blatantly refused anymore of it, went ahead and gorged upon two full crêpes. The mommy me is so happy.
